Description
KM SN AT is a post-treatment rinse aid for acid tin plated components. Stains of the deposit normally caused by residual of brightener film or bleed-out from difficult to rinse recesses. These problems will generally lead to solderability problems when parts kept for a long period of time.
KM SN AT process removes organic brightener films and neutralises entrapped plating solution from the surface of the parts. The result is the elimination of staining and discolouration and a bright, solderable tin deposit.

Description
Tin Neutraliser dissolved with water is used as a post-treatment rinse for acid tin electroplating processes.
The acid tin plating solution will cause stains or discolorations on the deposit if without a proper post- treatment. The post-treatment will help to eliminate the staining caused by the residual brightener or bleed-out from difficult-to-rinse parts. These problems will generally lead to solderability problem, especially when parts are kept for long period of time.
