ACID ZINC
Acid zinc plating has high efficiency, fast deposition and superior covering power. It is commonly used for heat treated and harden steel materials.
KM ZN DEFOAMER
Physical Properties:
KM ZN DEFOAMER: Liquid
Description
KM ZN DEFOAMER is a strong aqueous base defoamer that can effectively remove foam from acid zinc plating solution. The defoamer can be added directly to the plating tank to suppress foam formation.
KM ZN DEFOAMER has a good foam knock down and control in a broad range of aqueous systems.
KM ZN DEFOAMER can be easily rinsed away from the plated substrate with minimal residue. Therefore, it has no adverse effects on plating.
Equipment
Depending on the foaming condition of the plating tank, KM ZN DEFOAMER dosage is in the range of 0.1 to 0.5 ml/l.
