Jig Stripper
Jig stripper is a high-speed, economical electrolytic stripper. The Jig stripper will strip all electroplated metals including chrome and silver without attacking the stainless steel jig. It will extend the stainless-steel jig lifespan.

Description
STRIPPER 211 is a high-speed, cyanide and chrome-free, very economical electrolytic stripper to strip stainless-steel jig contacts.
STRIPPER 211 will strip all the commonly electroplated metals, including chrome, silver without significant attack on the stainless steel. Hence, it extends the stainless-steel jig life span.
Equipment
Base Metal : Stainless steel (SS 316 preferred)
Heater : Stainless steel or Telfon
Cathodes : Stainless steel / carbon. (clean cathode surface everyday)
Agitation : Air agitation. Without agitation, the bath will cause localised concentration and pH variation, which will affect stripping rate
Filtration : Recommended
