Sulphamate Nickel

Sulphamate nickel plating employs a 99.9% pure nickel deposit. Because there is a significantly larger concentration of nickel, it improves surface durability. It has high-temperature resistance, high tensile strength, which is easily machinable and solderable and has superior ductility and elongation without stress cracking or deformation.

Description

KM SM NICKEL process is designed for use with nickel sulphamate type of nickel plating solution.

KM SM NICKEL process is suitable for rack, barrel and high-speed Plating.

Equipment

Tank: PVC, PP

Heaters: Quartz or glass with suitable thermostatic control to maintain operating temperature

Filtration: Solution should be filtered continuously and, at least, one tank throughout per hour

Agitation: Good agitation is necessary to maintain uniform metal distribution. Cathode movement or solution circulation are recommended, air agitation should not be used

Anode: High purity S Nickel anode in bags should be used
